Project 365- Day 12!

The week days leave no room for creativity or imagination. So below is a little insight especially for Yulya, who was thrilled to find out that they do INDEED HAVE alcohol in Oman, that is sold to the public! See, Yulya lives in Kuwait and is deprived of the sheer joy of having a chilled beer every now and again. :) So we have invited her and her husband to Oman over the holidays, but project 365 will cover more of that later on. So especially for Yulya, this is a typical alcohol store (which can only be used if you have a special permit, which is given by the company you work for, and allows you to purchase alcohol to the value equivalent to 10% of your salary)...There are about 5-8 outlets in Muscat, scattered in dark corners of popular expat neighbourhoods. And they look like this:
